How to use

• The best way to use this is to combine it with a few fresh blow lug to form a big bulky bait maybe 15 to 20cms long with lots of smell to entice cod and bass. It will also catch used on its own being the best of all winter baits for big dabs and cod.
• For cod and bass, it should be presented on a pennel rig (two hooks in tandem, the top hook sliding freely on the line) and push it up the trace to make a fat sausage shape. This casts well and gives off lots of scent. Don’t slide the section of worm straight up the hook, pass the hook back wards and forwards in and out along the section of bait which gives a more secure hook hold and stops smaller fish pulling the bait off the hook easily without hooking themselves.
• A smaller 4cms section of black lug targets smaller species like flats, rockling and pout.
• These Lug come in a wrap of 10 worms ready to go when defrosted. Excellent size worms, good for many aspects of fishing. These wraps can be either supplied either in sealed bags or in wraps of newspaper, depending on our supplier at the time.

Although every care is taken to ensure your frozen item arrives in a good condition, we ask that you read and understand the below before placing an order with Frozen products:

• All frozen baits will be packaged securely in bubble wrap with gel freezer packs to try and keep them cool for as long as possible whilst in transit.
• Delivery is usually the next working day following dispatch. We do not dispatch frozen orders on a Friday or near a Bank Holiday.
• You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been dispatched so this will give you an idea of when your parcel will be delivered.
• Please ensure that someone will be available to accept the delivery, we will not be held liable for spoiled bait if no one is available to accept it.
• The order should be delivered 24-36 hours from the time the order has been packed. This means that the bait will defrost before it reaches you, this is perfectly normal but we recommend refreezing the item as soon as it is received.
• If you have ordered dead bait, sometimes your bait may have redness/blood to it. This is common and to be expected. The bait is still absolutely fine to use.
• You are ordering frozen bait over the internet which will take time to be delivered, the bait will not be as fresh as when it was originally packed from the sea, lake or river but it will still be perfectly good to use and will catch you many fish.
